Thanks for your response. The report should give PO qty, value and GR qty, value at material level. The above question is for open PO (meaning there is not even a single GR). If there is GR, it will come from second flow ( A generic flow on EKBE table) . The PO qty and value from the second flow will be repeating across all the GR's for that PO. So, i need only PO qty and value from the above flow for which there is no GR done. sample of the report output should look like this

PO      PO date      material      GR       GR date PO qty      PO value          GR qty          GR value

10001     2nd Aug      ABC                                 100           10000

10002     4th Aug       ABC       20001     5th Aug     200       20000                100               10000

10002     4th Aug       ABC        20002     6th Aug     200      20000                 100               10000

So, my only doubt is if i knock off other process keys and keep only PO related, then GR indicator will be right or not?

one more thing is for return process keys, will the values be negative or i should capture in seperate key figures?
