IT now has HANA working for us - and your suggestions were the key to getting it going again: All the services showed GREEN so they did not see an issue, but they were able to find the error log files on Statistics Server and were able to clear the log and restart the service.
Your support was KEY to getting this working for us. Thank you so much!!!
