Just give it a new name. Unless you use domain users to log on B1 and need to keep the mapping, I don't see much use for keeping the old database. Things might change in the future, of course.
Since you've reinstalled the server tools, you'll have to reimport the license file. I don't think the hardware key changes though. If I'm wrong, you'll have to apply for a new one.
