I guess my question was not phrased correctly.
My client does not want to use the WM standard to capture the TIME.
We need to disable both the options below for the technician to enter TIME against the operation.
1. LaborTime.useCATS = 'N'
2. Wo.UseLaborReporting = 'N'
I understand i may have to build a custom interface to capture TIME from the APP and either store it in the custom table in the backend and generate a report at the end of the day and send that report to the TIME admin for manual time entry in the CATS.
Q. If i enable LaborReporting to capture TIME, will the CATS update by the TIME Admin overwrite or append the hours captured in the operation?
