Hi Gurus,
We run Vertex Sales Tax Q. Does the monthly updates that Vertex releases on the 22nd of each month need to go in before the current month ends? if we do that, do the new rates take effect right away? Should it go in exactly at midnight on the first day of the month so the rates take effect exactly then? Or do we need to put them in early in the morning on the 1st day of the month before users logon?
