Suppressing CWD command:
An advanced mode parameter "ftp.ignoreChangeDirectory" has been introduced. If this parameter is set to true, the 'CWD' command will not be executed and the file will be placed in the default directory, not the directory specified in the communication channel configuration. This is a feature that would also be useful for communication with non-MVS systems where we want the target server to decide where to place the file.
The default value for the parameter "ftp.ignoreChangeDirectory" is 'false'.
