To bring those fields, you need to perform the below steps:
1. Enhance Component - BT120S_CPL with an Enhancement Set
2. Enhance the View AdvSearchComplEF.
3. Add the fields VALID_FROM and VALID_TO to the configuration. And Save the configuration.
4. Login to Web UI with the SERVICEPRO Role and navigate to Complaint Search. You can find the fields START DATE and END DATE.
The fields are available now and will be part of your search query.
Also, kindly note that in any one order document the DATE Customization is present and there are a lot of dates available(Request Date, Planned Dates, etc.). You need to check the DATE Customization settings for that Transaction Type. Let me know if you need further help regarding the same.
