Tooth Fairy? No. Easter Bunny? Probably. 
The thing is, even EA-Server cannot do some of the stuff DPB can do (specifically registering a client object with the server and then allowing the server to trigger an event in the client object), and both companies A) have everything they need/want/desire from the PB-7.0 app, B) aren't in the mood to pay for recoding to EA-Server, and C) are REALLY not in the mood to have the apps recoded to a different language.
